Integrations

An integration is one connected provider account inside your workspace: GitHub · olivermark, RevenueCat · Oliver Mark, PostHog · olivermark.eu. It holds the credentials and the sync state for that account.

A workspace may hold several integrations of the same provider. This matters most for GitHub, where almost everyone has a personal account and at least one organisation. Each integration carries a display name taken from the provider, so you can tell them apart, and sources from different integrations can be assigned to the same project.

  • Provider and display name
  • Status — connected, needs re-authorisation, disconnected
  • Last sync and last successful sync — shown on Settings → Integrations and used for the integration category of attention items

If a sync fails — rate limit, expired token, provider outage — Ubrella opens an attention item in the integration category for every project that has a source from that integration. It resolves itself when the next sync succeeds. An expired token needs you: reconnect from Settings.

Disconnecting an integration revokes the token on our side and deletes its sources, their metrics and events within 30 days. Projects stay; they simply lose those sources. If the project now has no sources at all, its Pulse becomes Unknown.
